MANUFACTURING.

5 axis Milltap 700 CNC machine allows us to produce simple and complex metal or plastic parts and achieve desirable quality. Milling allows manufacturing basically any product comprised of any material from concept to 3D model quickly, cost-effectively, and with precision.
Our engineer/CNC operator develops automation programs that command CNC machine to rapidly mill metal and plastic to achieve final product specifications. Multiple tool sets are used depending on the material or material type (plastics, soft metal and hard metal).

PROTOTYPES.

Our team is engaged in prototyping of new products or product improvements. We will manufacture prototypes as close to industrial specifications as possible.
DESIGN.

Our engineers-constructors design 3D parts using varios CAD/CAM programs.
